IDS Sheer Aris
Most organisations used to only buy ARIS for its Business Process Modelling capability but it it could always do much more modelling of the whole organisation.
It has has evolved over the years from a very proprietary tool, to include UML modelling and now more recently ARIS ArchiMate Modeler combines the ArchiMate framework and existing ARIS modelling approaches.
It is certainly a tool to add to your evaluation shortlist.
