Mega is a tool that has evolved from a development tool and a process modelling tool and which now aspired to be an Enterprise Architecture tool.
In my experience the sales and marketing outweigh the reality and it takes a fair bit of customisation to really make Mega fit for Enterprise Architecture modelling.
It can be done, but it's frustrating and should be unnecessary.
Curiously Mega consultants don't seem to understand the problems and clients continue to buy it anyway because it's in the Gartner Magic Quadrant.
I know two clients now that have been disappointed with Mega but can't afford to change tools now.
